Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd. is the official travel agent and will offer local tourist services for participants. Services include hotel accommodation during the symposium, pre/post symposium hotel accommodation, tours, car rentals, etc.

Diesenhaus-Unitours has secured a block of rooms, making it possible to offer special rates to Symposium participants. In order to benefit from these rates, reservations, payments and notification of changes must be made directly with Diesenhaus-Unitours and not with the hotels.

Important notes

1. ✓The number of participants on reduced package rate is limited and based on a first come   first served basis, priority will be given to participants submitting abstracts.
